ONLINE BILLPAY using credit and debit cards is now available for customers on both the Section and Dutton systems.
You may access billpay by clicking on the appropriate tab located at the top of the webpage and using the customer number and PIN printed on the monthly bill. A charge of $4 per transaction will be added to bill.

 In addition to bills mailed through the USPS, we now offer email billing.

Online billpay is now available for customers on both the Section and Dutton systems using the customer number and PIN printed on your monthly bill. Payment may be made by credit or debit cards online or over the phone at the system specific phone number listed above. A charge of $4.00 for each such transaction will be made.

Payment by direct deposit from your bank is available without a pin number. This method is free. Please inquire at the office to secure this easy convenient method of payment.
